For the first time the Royal Train experience is available to everyone
The Victorian Goldfields Railway in conjunction with Bendigo Tourism and the Seymour Railway Heritage Centre is bringing the Royal Train back on track during the Tudors to Windsors exhibition at Bendigo Art Gallery.
Relive Queen Elizabeth II's journey all the way back to her epic 1954 Royal Tour. Back then the newly crowned Queen travelled around Victoria on board the Royal Train and now you have a chance to experience the luxury carriages.
The Royal Train will consist of 5 luxury carriages from the last century, two carriages built and used exclusively for Royal and Vice-Regal trains.
The experience will take you between Castlemaine and Bendigo in regal style. As part of the journey, passengers will move through the dining carriage and the sleeping quarters.
