Something different for your next group event !

Your group will enjoy the unique atmosphere created on a vintage train. Group travel can be arranged on one of our scheduled Wednesday or Sunday trains or a special charter can be arranged at other times.

Catering can be arranged and the train is licensed for beverages.

The timetable on scheduled running days allows groups to spend time in either Maldon or Castlemaine before returning on the train to their departure point or a direct return journey ( 2hrs ) can be made. Bus Groups can also take a one way trip and be collected by their bus at the other end of the line. V/Line services on the Melbourne to Bendigo line stop at Castlemaine where passengers can connect to the steam train to Maldon and a V/line service on return from Maldon.

Large or small groups can be accommodated.
Group rates apply to 10 or more people.
Many groups from various walks of life have enjoyed the unique venue of the train for their social or special occasion.
