Load Test Muckleford to Castlemaine evening of 30th June 2007

J541 underwent a load test between Muckleford and Castlemaine on the evening of Saturday the 30th June, with a total train weight of about 280 tons on the 1 in 40 grades in both directions. 541 handled this near line load limit train with distinction.
